Adobo Lime Chicken




I love all things spicy and full of flavor. Shockingly our two year old Tristan does too! I made this Sunday night and only ate one leg since Tristan ate his plus the other. When my boy likes something he really likes it.

So I made a basic adobo seasoning out of the following:
2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon turmeric

6 chicken legs

Put chicken legs in a ziploc bag after mixing all the spices together pour in the bag with the chicken. Shake the bag to coat. Store in fridge for 2-4 hours.

Place in a 13 x 9 pan and bake at 375• for 40-45 minutes until chicken juices are clear.

I served with Spanish rice and corn.
