1. Quit Smoking
2. Lose 75 pounds
3. Work out 30 minutes 5 times a week
4. Get 1,500,000 steps
5. Get 5,000 flights of steps climbed
Now let's go in depth.
1. Should be easy. I quit once. I'm making a goal. If I don't smoke all year then I get to spend $2,500 on a new gift for myself at the end of the year. That's what I spent this year alone on smoking.
2. Losing 75 pounds would be a pound and a half a week. That's totally do able. Also it's considered a "safe" amount to lose.
3. This shouldn't be hard. I need to find me time and stop putting everyone else first.
4. I love my fit bit and it logs steps and this amount would be 4,166 steps a day. Likely I'll go over this since I strive for 5,000 or more a day.
5. This averages a little over 13 flights of steps a day. Again I'll be tracking with my fit bit.
What are your resolutions?
Happy New Years!!!

2011 a review in pictures... maybe some words too!
January 2011:
My Grandmother passed away from her third round with breast cancer that quickly turned into sarcoma and spread to her brain. My heart hurts and I miss her so much!
Shortly there after (the next day) my little sister had to put her dog down because she had cancer.
Then a week later we dumped my Grandmother's ashes over a bridge in DC (that was her wish.) Stupidly we did the wrong bridge. :( Sorry Grandma.
Still in January we had a huge snow storm that shut the city down, after 6 hours in the car I never got out of DC. I was 5 miles from the office so I turned around and got a hotel room.
February:
We went on a work field trip to different sites. (I work in the affordable housing industry at a law firm)
March:
Random Cuteness
He went to his first birthday party at a potter painting place:
Random Cuteness Again
April:
I explored DC
May:
I explored DC some more.
June:
Tristan and Grandpa Frank playing with heavy equipment
July:
Rick's 41st Birthday at Medieval Times
August:
Hurricane Irene hit us hard!
September:
Tristan and I went hiking and I started walking at lunch and taking pictures all over DC.
Tristan being a ham one morning before school.
We had major flooding in Southern Maryland.
October:
Tristan Driving Daddy's Truck.
Tristan meeting the Firemen at school.
Randomness
November:
Occupy DC and other protests has taken over my street
December:
